Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand the company and collect and feedback product market information, competitor information and customer needs, and complete the sales indicators assigned by the department;

2. Do a good job in market and industry research, understand the needs and feedback to the company;

3. Maintain the normal operation of customer work flow, maintain customer relationship, visit customers and maintain communication with customers;

4. According to the work arrangement, do a good job in industry development; maintain customers, deal with customer feedback in a timely manner, and regularly feedback customer satisfaction surveys;

5. Complete other arrangements for the head of the department.

 

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above in marketing, business management or related majors, good image and temperament;

2. Have a certain understanding of marketing work and be able to adapt to short-term business trips;

3. Proficient in operating office software;

4. Have a driver's license and driving experience;

5. Work hard, be proactive, have good communication, coordination and organizational skills; have a high degree of enthusiasm for work and a good team spirit;
